Srinagar: The Haj Committee of India has invited online applications from intending pilgrims for Hajj 2026, as per an official notification issued by the Chief Executive Officer.
Applications can be submitted through the online Haj Application Form, available on the Committee’s official website (https://hajcommittee.gov.in) and the mobile app “HAJ SUVIDHA”, which is accessible on both Android and iOS platforms.
The application window will remain open from July 7 to July 31, 2025, until 11:59 PM.
According to the notification, all applicants are strongly advised to carefully read the official Guidelines and Undertakings before submitting their forms. A machine-readable Indian International Passport is mandatory for applying. The passport must be issued on or before July 31, 2025, and must remain valid at least until December 31, 2026.
The notification further cautions that cancellations will attract penalties, except in cases involving death or severe medical emergencies. “Pilgrims are therefore advised to apply only after careful consideration of their preparedness and commitment to undertake the pilgrimage,” the statement added.
For more details and instructions, applicants are advised to refer to the official Haj 2026 Guidelines published on the Haj Committee’s website.
