Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the dates for the Secondary School Examination (10th), Higher Secondary Examination Part – I (11th class), Higher Secondary Examination Part – II (12th class) in Kashmir division.
The class 10 exam will start on March 9 and will end on April 5. The schedule is as below:
The class 11 exam will start on March 6 and end on April 19. The exam will be conducted for all streams – Science, Arts, Home Science, and Commerce. The schedule for the same is as below:
The class 12 exam will start on March 8 and end on April 2. The exam will be conducted for all streams – Science, Arts, Home Science, and Commerce. The schedule for the same is as below:
To streamline the academic calendar in J&K and Ladakh with the rest of the country, last year the administration of Jammu and Kashmir announced a uniform academic calendar, wherein the annual examination will be held in the month of March- April instead of October-November.
This is the first time the students of Jammu and Kashmir will be taking exams in the month of March-April.
