Srinagar: A man was stabbed to death by another in the Parimpora area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Sunday, officials said.
In a post on X, Srinagar police, said that a scuffle broke out between two individuals over car parking near their shops in Parimpora area today morning.
Police said that during the scuffle one individual namely Zareef Ahmed Mir son of Ab Raheem Mir of Parimpora stabbed another man namely Amir Razak Mir son of Ab Razak Mir of Parimpora. “The victim was declared dead on arrival at SMHS Hospital,” it said.
Police said that a case FIR no. 114/2024 u/s 103 BNS had been registered at police station Parimpora, while the accused has been arrested and the weapon of offence has also been recovered.
