Srinagar: Passenger vehicles (LMVs) have been allowed to ply from Jammu towards Srinagar and vice versa on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
The NH 44 has been cleared for traffic after over 45 hours. Stranded traffic including passenger vehicles and load carriers have been allowed on the highway at around 1 pm.
The traffic of both sides stranded is moving towards their destinations, officials said.

The arterial road, connecting the Valley and the rest of the country, was closed on Friday following heavy snowfall and multiple landslides in the Ramban district.
