Srinagar: The President of India has appointed former DyCM of J&K and Bhartiya Janta Party leader Kavinder Gupta as Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
The president also accepted the resignation of Brigadier (Dr.) B.D. Mishra (Retd.) from the post of Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
